I hereby certify that the personal data transferred by me to the Ingredients Ru Ltd. : Name, Surname, Fatherland, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, are authentic and processed in accordance with the stated purpose.

I agree that the text of the consent given by me is stored electronically in the corporate mail system of the company from the moment of giving consent and until receiving written notification of revocation of consent to the processing of personal data, confirms the fact of giving Ingredients Ru Ltd. consent to the processing and transfer of personal data in accordance with the foregoing provisions.
